Girls, Giggles & Garters

So Ana Ivanovic is featured in the Sports Illustrated swimsuit edition (a thing that I, incidentally, have some problems getting my head around) and looks, well, like a very, very gorgeous woman.
It’s unfortunate timing, coming so soon after her disastrous Fed Cup weekend, but when coupled with her lifetime Adidas deal hitting the headlines, it’s a powerful statement of, well, enduring marketability. So there that is.
Frankly, I’m more concerned with the somewhat ’50s vibe of the shoot. It’s all nudges and permissiveness; I feel like there should be a beach ball in there somewhere. I actually feel like FHM did a better job, artistically. And I’m not going to lie, that sentence scares me.
Brooklyn Decker, incidentally, graces the cover.
