RG Day Three: It Really Is An American In Paris

Posted by gauloises1 on May 26, 2009

My drunken mistake of last night proved prophetic.

With the aforementioned defeats of “clay-courter” Blake and “Elf-stalker” Fish, as well as Bobby Reynolds, I’m fairly sure Andy Roddick is now the only American on the men’s side left in the singles draw.

Don’t let the door hit you in the ass on the way out of Paris.

You know … that door out of Paris that there is.

I mean, of course Blake and Fish lost. OF COURSE. Pathetic, but as long as Andy’s still in I’m happy (btw American Ken-doll Robert Kendrick is still in the draw too, but he meets Simon next so he won’t be for long, barring a Frenchie collapse- which actually wouldn’t be too surprising I guess).

Ugh, why do I still care??? It’s like a sickness. A SICKNESS!!!!!!

Andy, the one American who won had to do it against a hot guy I’d actually do whereas all the other losers lost to guys who don’t matter (you know because they’re not attractive.) I swear this is the universe’s way of getting back at me for punching that duck.
