My Drug is Novak

Posted by gauloises1 on June 28, 2010

This really needs no introduction. OK, well, maybe it needs a small introduction: this is Ivo Karlovic and Novak Djokovic’s new anti-drug track, ‘Moja droga je tennis’ (‘My drug is tennis’).

I highly recommend this blog’s excellent translation of the lyrics.

Well what if my drug CAN’T be tennis, because I can’t play it!? WHAT THEN, GUYS!? WHAT SHOULD MY DRUG BE?!

Exactly! It’s all very well for these two, in the pool with their female bodies, saying drugs are for ducks because they’ve got their boards. Well, I don’t have a board, OK? And I don’t have a female body. (Well, I do, but not the kind that you’d want, and anyway I don’t want a female body in the pool with me. Except for mine, obviously.)

Anyway … STOP JUDGING ME, NOVAK! And you too, Ivo. Stop judging me and tell me what to do. I want to change, but how can I when the guidance is so unclear?! IT’S YOUR FAULT I’M LIKE THIS!

Gaul, c’mon. The easiest way is to look for excuses and comfort for failures in life in family, financial or any other trouble and to turn to drugs and criminal. It’s important not to give up from your dreams and to fight no matter what because it’s the only way to success, not only in sports, but in any other profession. LIKE BLOGGING!
